Though perpetually “not ready for primetime”, some longwinded remarks from the other night at the esteemed PA World and Times have been elevated into an OP for further comment. Our gratitude as ever to the esteemed proprietor.
Those remarks were made in perhaps a somewhat pessimistic humor for yours truly, but tonight I have reminded myself that The Wall prototypes are under official testing, the Nightmarers are still unamnestied, and in so many other ways our world today is considerably different for the better than it ever conceivably could have been under any other 2015 hopeful to occupy this White House.
Still, indignation remains vehement at the unlawful hurdles, the mendacious lies, and the outright godless conspiracies raised to defraud the public out of not only their chosen Administration but their historic freedoms. Oh what a blessing if only someone can expose the wretched Pied Piper, Boss J. David Hogg for what he really is!
In the meantime, I continue to pitch for the entertainment and educational value of Godard’s La Chinoise, a stringent yet very funny (at least from my vantage-point) look at Parisian bourgeois Maoist extremism on the cusp of the attempted revolution of 1968.
