Words as Weapons: Asymmetry and Advantage in Linguistic Competition

Jews are specialists in words and symbols, with a long history of literacy and matrimonial rewards for good scholars. Unlike the non-Jewish majority, which followed livelihoods at all cognitive levels, Jews were concentrated in professions that demanded literacy or numeracy, whether they earned a living as rabbis or shopkeepers. And Jewish scriptures are not merely complex and voluminous: they are written in Hebrew, whose vocabulary, grammar and alphabet are quite distinct from those of Indo-European languages such as German, French and English. Would intellectual competition, and cognitive evolution, have been as intense among Jews if their religion had used a simpler and more familiar language?

Police in Borlänge: The criminals have won

Police in Borlänge: The criminals have won

A Swedish policeman admits defeat to criminal gangs. At the same time media and the politicians are accused of having mislead the Swedish people, including not telling people how dangerous the new criminals really are.

Tjärna in Borlänge is one of nearly 60 so-called exclusion areas in Sweden. Car fires, stone throwing and much crime are recurrent in the area. The explanation from the Swedish media and politicians has been that the area is socio-economically vulnerable. The Swedish news outlet Fria Tider has spoken with a Borlänge police officer who claims that the media and the politicians are lying and simplifying.

- I perceive that it was not until the late 1980s that things changed, and in the mid 90s serious organized crime began, heavy criminal and serious violence. It has probably several explanations; the psychiatric reform in 1995 and that Sweden opened up for Europe. Stockholm and other cities changed quickly and I did not feel at all confident with this.

He believes that already then the growing problems of the suburbs started to become visible. The suburbs have always had problems with alcoholism, drugs, glue sniffers and gangs, he says, but it was something that the community could handle.

- Those who made trouble then, they grew up, got families, jobs and houses. It went well for most of them. But obviously very bad for some others, he says.

How Trump Could Blunder Into War with China. China may bully its neighbors, but turning foreign territorial disputes into a superpower conflict between nuclear-armed rivals would be a huge mistake. By Conn Hallinan,

In his Sept. 13 testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, secretary of state nominee Rex Tillerson made an extraordinary comment concerning China’s activities in the hotly disputed South China Sea.
The United States, he said, must “send a clear signal that, first, the island-building stops,” adding tha
t Beijing’s “access to the those islands is not going to be allowed.”
Trump’s press secretary, Sean Spicer, repeated the threat on Sept. 24.
Sometimes it’s hard to sift the real from the magical in the Trump administration, and bombast appears to be the default strategy of the day. But people should be clear about what would happen if the U.S. actually tries to blockade China from supplying its forces constructing airfields and radar facilities on the Spratly and Paracel islands.
It would be an act of war.
While Beijing’s Foreign Ministry initially reacted cautiously to the comment, Chinese newspapers have been far less diplomatic. The nationalist Global Times warned of a “large-scale war” if the U.S. followed through on its threat, and the China Daily cautioned that a blockade could lead to a “devastating confrontation between China and the U.S.”

Israel’s Holocaust Memorial Located at Zionist Massacre Site

In an act of “chutzpah,” Israel’s formal holocaust memorial museum, Yad Vashem, is located at the site of a brutal mass murder massacre carried out against Palestinians in the village of Deir Yassin, a holocaust scholar has pointed out.
Writing on his blog, Peter Winter, the author of the best-selling The Six Million: Fact or Fiction?, said that it was “worthwhile, on yet another ‘International Holocaust Remembrance Day,’ to consider perhaps one of the greatest acts of chutzpah: siting Israel’s official “holocaust memorial” on a site directly overlooking Deir Yassin—a Palestinian village whose population was murdered out of existence in exactly the way that the Holocaust Storytellers claim happened to Jews in World War II.”
Winter went on to describe the events at Deir Yassin, and the circumstances which led up to Yad Vashem being located at the site:
The massacre at Deir Yassin took place on April 9, 1948, when around 120 Jewish terrorists from the Zionist terrorist groups, the Irgun Zevai Leumi and Lohamei Herut, attacked the village without warning.
The attack was carried out not as part of some ongoing “war,” but merely because the Zionists were then currently busy with an ethnic cleansing program to drive the Palestinians out of all land which had been earmarked to become Israel.

Paul Craig Roberts Trump Brexit Interview

Is Contemporary Christianity a Suicide Cult?

Although I’m not very religious, religion interests me, especially the current trajectory of Christianity in the West.  What I mean here is mainstream Christianity in the United States and Europe, not non-Western Christianity such as the rise of black or mestizo Christianity that one finds in the Global South nor the small pockets of Uncucked Christianity one might find.   The Christianity I’m referencing here is mainstream and practiced almost exclusively by white people:  We’ll call it Cucked Christianity.
As I and many others have noted, this Cucked Christianity is fast becoming a suicide cult. Here are some recent examples:
  • Christian cucks basically support the Third World immigration and refugee invasion of their own countries.  Literally.  Some of them even wear “Refugees Welcome” t-shirts and make SJWs look masculine.  Granted, some of them, like Russell Moore, are  funded by George Soros, but a good many of them are dong it just for the sake of empty virtue signaling.  And all these people are inconsistent; as someone noted in an email list, “None of them would criticize Israel for building a wall, refusing Syrian refugees, or deporting African immigrants,” but they have no problem condemning their own countries to Third World status.
  • Cucked Christians have become obsessed with this notion of all people being “image bearers”.  Their flawed logic goes that all people have the image of God so therefore it’s wrong to deport immigrants, refuse refugees, etc.  By this cucked logic, anyone promoting self-preservation, in fact anything other than ethnomasocism, is wrong because it might hurt the person or feelz of an image bearer.
  • Cucked Christians recently have become obsessed with this Cultural Marxist notion of ‘racial reconciliation‘ which essentially amounts to whites promoting their own dispossession.  You literally have white cucks criticizing churches for being “too white”; yet, these same cucks would never criticize Israel for being too Jewish or Ashkenazi, nor a black church for being too black.
  • Cucked Christians have recently tied the pro-life movement to the support of Third World immigration.  In this version, to be pro-life one must support the Third World immigration invasion of his own lands.  For example, cuckservative Cardinal Timothy Dolan recently told a crowd that unless they support the Third World immigration invasion of the West, they are not pro-life.  Coupling pro-life with immigration probably signals the last gasp of the pro-life movement.
  • Cucked Christians are basically telling white people not to make white babies but to adopt black or mestizo babies instead.  This is literal cuckoldry, which is unhealthy.

Read the Confidential David Brock Memo Outlining Plans to Attack Trump

David Brock / AP

David Brock, the seasoned liberal operative and Clinton loyalist who founded Media Matters, huddled with more than 100 donors last weekend at the swanky Turnberry Isle Resort in Aventura, Fla. to map out how Democrats will “kick Donald Trump’s ass.”
The Washington Free Beacon attended the retreat and obtained David Brock’s private and confidential memorandum from the meeting. The memo, “Democracy Matters: Strategic Plan for Action,” outlines Brock’s four-year agenda to attack Trump and Republicans using Media Matters, American Bridge, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), and Shareblue.

Liberals Morph from Peaceniks to Warhawks on Government Intelligence Agencies by STEPHEN J. SNIEGOSKI

“The world is seething with lies about me and the damnable thing is that most of them are true!”
Winston Churchill
During the latter decades of the Cold War with Soviet Russia, the charge of being “unpatriotic” or “anti-American” caused American liberals (excluding those who had to rely on the votes of regular Americans to hold political office) to burst into spasms of ridicule and howls of “Red-baiting,” “war-mongering,” “witch-hunting,” and “fascism.” Sophisticated folks, liberals implied, would never even deign to think of doing anything so gauche as to automatically support their country in its fight against what they sarcastically called the “Red Menace.” America’s very possession of nuclear weapons was considered a danger to all humanity and many liberals flirted with the idea of U.S. unilateral nuclear disarmament. And the slogan of the Democratic candidate for president in 1972, George McGovern, was “Come Home, America” — which meant U.S. military retrenchment that mainstream liberals now lambast as “isolationism.”
During this not-too-long-ago era (at least, it was not too long ago for me, who is too rapidly approaching the biblically allotted three-score and ten), the CIA and the FBI were considered the bête noire in this liberal Weltanschauung. FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, with his penchant for spying on innocent people, was regarded as thoroughly vicious. The CIA was notorious for being involved in the overthrow of nice democratic governments (at least, that is how liberals viewed them) in such countries as Iran, Guatemala, and Chile, and spying on leftist critics in the United States. The villainous nature of the CIA and FBI was a theme in many Hollywood movies of the era.[1]
Now let’s return to the present and the liberal hysteria over purported Russian interference with the U.S. presidential election. The most bandied about charge involves “hacking” the DNC and Podesta emails and providing these to WikiLeaks to denigrate Hillary Clinton, thus preventing her from becoming president. The support for this claim, at least as it has been presented to the America public, rests only on assertions made by the U.S. Intelligence Community, and this dearth of proof was continued in the most recent report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), “Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent US Elections,” released to the public on January 6. The report represents the unclassified findings of the intelligence community’s investigation of Russian involvement in the 2016 election. In the words of the report: “Thus, while the conclusions in the report are all reflected in the classified assessment, the declassified report does not and cannot include the full supporting information, including specific intelligence and sources and methods.”[2]
Even some believers, especially those who might know something about cyber technology and the capabilities of America’s intelligence agencies, evinced some concern about the report’s lack of substantiating evidence. For example, Wired, a high-tech webzine that usually follows the current progressive line, published an article titleds“Feds’ Damning Report on Russian Election Hack Won’t Convince Skeptics,” in which Robert Graham, an analyst for the cybersecurity firm Erratasec, was quoted as saying: “But knowing what data they [U.S. intelligence agencies] probably have, they could have given us more details. And that really pisses me off.”[3] The thrust of the article is that the lack of substantial proof fails to convince skeptics, not that the intelligence report’s claims could be wrong. This position is rather understandable since skepticism about traditional beliefs such as Christianity is highly lauded by progressives, but skepticism is not allowed to cast doubt on the progressive narrative of the day.

Tribal Counsel - Steve Sailer

Remember the supermarket scene near the end of the Iraq War movie The Hurt Locker? Jeremy Renner plays an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician. After countless telephoto shots of IEDs going off terrifyingly close, the sergeant is finally safe at home in America with nothing more stressful to do than pick out which brand of cereal to buy his small family. But a fish-eye lens shot shows the valiant warrior lost in a supermarket aisle seemingly a mile long.
Vanity Fair war correspondent Sebastian Junger, codirector of the documentary Restrepo about American soldiers in Afghanistan, points out in his recent book Tribe: On Homecoming and Belonging that American soldiers currently suffer from the highest rate of post-traumatic stress disorder in human history.
This short book tries to sum up the political lessons Junger has learned from a quarter century of going to and coming home from dangerous places. It’s a work of swashbuckling anthropological theory that tries to answer the question raised by Restrepo: Why do the guys defending a fort in Afghanistan find living in a tiny bunker to be a blast, while coming home to America is so discombobulating for them?

Interview: Paul 'RamZPaul' Ramsey says Trump's election will finally end 'National Review' conservatism

San Francisco Review of Books

This is the final part of a three-article series on the views of Paul Ramsey; better known as RamZPaul. If you did not read them, check out the first and second entries. The block-quoted material below appeared in previous articles, offering background on the subject matter.
Story by Joseph Ford Cotto

Nowadays, a video camera and Web streaming can get you farther than most once thought possible. Paul Ramsey, though, has taken the basics to a new level. The nationalistic humorist does not have graphics, soundtracks, or split-screens, but only himself, his stream-of-consciousness style, and no small amount to say about the political and cultural happenings of our time.
To say that he marches to the beat of his own drum is an understatement.

Reviled by neo-Nazis – none of whom will get even passing mention here – as a race traitor par excellence and castigated by the Southern Poverty Law Center as “[a] scathing critic of ‘cultural Marxism’ …. who posts Internet videos of himself talking to the camera …. he has uploaded hundreds of liberal-loathing, feminist-bashing, and racial separatist-supporting videos”, Ramsey can hardly catch a break.

Already well known to millions through his RamZPaul account on YouTube, he attained Internet infamy after parting ways with anything and everything Alt-Right – which followed Richard Spencer hailing Trump and receiving an enthusiastic not-at-all-Roman salute.

“Most normal people can support the Alt Right ideas of self-determination, protection of borders, good trade deals, America First, etc,” Ramsey wrote on his website late last month. “But normal people can't support anything that is associated with Nazism …. The Alt Right was a phenomenon that helped launch Trump into the White House. Now that he has been elected, there is no need for the ‘alternative’ label. We are now the Trump Right.”

At the dawn of the Donald’s presidential administration, Ramsey shares his views on some timely topics.

Obama departs, ending the most disastrous Presidency of the post-Cold War era

Obama's legacy to his successor is division at home and failure abroad, bequeathing a troubled nation and a state of world conflict instead of world peace.

As Obama finally departs from the scene, this seems as good a moment as any to assess his Presidency.
In my opinion it has been a disastrous Presidency, which has hugely deepened divisions in America – a fact which more than any other explains the exaggerated reaction to his successor – and which has brought international relations to its most dangerous point of crisis since the end of the Second World War.
If that seems unduly harsh, then I would say that that is because whilst Obama has failed in every other respect, he has proved a genius in one respect, which is in his successful manipulation of opinion and of his own image, which seems to have been his main priority.  The result is that much of what went catastrophically wrong during his Presidency has been successfully concealed, so that unlike his immediate predecessor George W. Bush, Obama’s reputation has – so far – emerged from his Presidency comparatively though undeservedly intact.
In assessing any US President the temptation of a foreign writer like myself is to focus unduly on his foreign policy and to underestimate his domestic policy, which for Americans is however what principally matters.
Obama’s supporters tend to give him high marks for his domestic policy.  They claim that he successfully turned the US economy round after the 2008 financial crisis, and they also give him credit for Obamacare, which they consider a major step in addressing the ongoing catastrophe which is US health policy.
In my opinion the extent of both of these achievements is overstated.

Why Do Jewish Organizations Want Anti-Israel Refugees? by Kevin MacDonald

The Main Stream Media predicts Donald J. Trump will appeal for “national unity” in his Inaugural Address this Friday, but they’ve been mistaken before. One way he could wrong-foot the Narrative: by announcing an immediate pause in “refugee” admissions, currently surging, to be followed by a zero quota for the next fiscal year—something that, by a legal quirk, he has absolute authority to do. There would be hysteria, in which the major Jewish organizations would, almostcertainly, join. My question: why would they do that?

The major Jewish organizations have certainly been in the forefront welcoming Syrian refugees [For Jewish Groups, Syrian Refugees are a Reminder, Not a Threat By Ron Kampeas,, November 24, 2015; As Anti-Refugee Sentiment Builds, Jewish Agencies Push for Settlement, Greg Salisbury,, November 25, 2015]. This seems bizarre, given the well-known anti-Jewish, anti-Israel sentiments common among Muslims.

President Trump Declares Independence. His message to America: Remember those things I said in the campaign? I meant them. I meant it all. By Peggy Noonan

Delivering his inaugural address Friday outside the U.S. Capitol.
I was more moved than I expected. Then more startled.
The old forms and traditions, the bands and bunting, endured. I thought, as I watched the inauguration: It continues. There were pomp and splendor, happy, cheering crowds; and for all the confounding nature of the past 18 months, and all the trauma, it came as a reassurance to see us do what we do the way we do it. A friend in the Southwest, a longtime Trump supporter, emailed just before the swearing in: “I have been crying all morning.” From joy.
I found myself unexpectedly moved during the White House meeting of the Trumps and the Obamas, at the moment Melania Trump emerged from her car. She was beautiful, seemed so shy and game. There are many ways to show your respect for people and events, and one is to present yourself with elegance and dignity.
The inaugural address was utterly and uncompromisingly Trumpian. The man who ran is the man who’ll reign. It was plain, unfancy and blunt to the point of blistering. A little humility would have gone a long way, but that’s not the path he took. Nor did he attempt to reassure. It was pow, right in the face. Most important, he did not in any way align himself with the proud Democrats and Republicans arrayed around him. He looked out at the crowd and said he was allied with them.
He presented himself not as a Republican or a conservative but as a populist independent. The essential message: Remember those things I said in the campaign? I meant them. I meant it all.

Why Readers Shouldn’t Trust Staff Reporters by ERIC ZUESSE

Credit: Daniel X. O'Neil from USA - Washington, DC, June 2011: The Washington Post, CC BY 2.0
Journalism — especially about important matters — is not a profession. It’s a calling. Or else, if it’s not a calling, then it is public relations; it is propaganda, “PR” — done for the purpose of receiving pay, not really for the purpose of conveying truth. But propaganda isn’t journalism at all. It’s not merely fake ‘news’; it is fake ‘journalism’. Corporate-owned ‘news’ is that, but so too is government-owned ‘news’. That’s the problem: journalism, as it exists, isn’t what people think it is, and expect it to be. What is called “journalism” is actually now just a branch of the PR profession, and doesn’t deserve to be trusted more than that.
In order to be a staff journalist, one must adhere to the propaganda-aims of the individual(s) (the employer) who control(s) the given ‘news’ medium. No newsmedia-owner hires ‘reporters’ or editors who report (or allow to be published) facts which contradict that owner’s (or controller’s — because this applies to ‘non-profits’ as well) central viewpoint. The employees are purely megaphones for their boss’s views. That’s what they were hired to be, and that’s what they are if they succeed in their profession and rise up the career-ladder in it. Anything that a staff journalist writes (or allows to be published, if that person is an editor) contradicting the owner’s views, counts against that employee, and increases his/her likelihood of being eliminated, or at least of being denied a deserved promotion (because not doing the person’s job for the employer).
To be a staff ‘journalist’ is to be a ‘reporter’ for hire, who is willing to exclude reporting whatever facts the owner wants his/her audience not to know (which can be some very important things, such as that the President is clearly lying to say that solid evidence exists that “Saddam’s WMD” still exist). Unfortunately, almost all media-owners have an agenda that overrides truth — they don’t obtain the huge funding that’s necessary to build audience-share if they aren’t backed by big money (billionaire investors, and mega-corporate advertisers) to begin with. Opposing the big money is a sure pathway to obscurity in the field of ‘journalism’; and ‘journalism’ prizes (especially on international-news or other major stories) are pig’s lipstick, far more than indications of journalistic competence. The best journalists, and news-sites, are low-budget, basically volunteer operations (such as you now are reading, and wikileaks). The big corporations don’t own them, and don’t advertise in them — and so, don’t control them.

Dave of the Locust - David Cole

Hollywood simply cannot conceal its massive butthurt over Donald Trump winning the election. With awards season in full swing, expect a slew of Meryl Streep moments from now through the Oscars. Showbiz types are a uniquely repulsive species, and I say that having mixed with them for the better part of my life. Hollywood is filled with attention-starved egotists who take any success, large or small, as confirmation of what they already knew, which is that they’re better than you. The Trump butthurt comes not so much from politics, although politics certainly plays a role, but from the knowledge that people like you did not follow orders from your superiors. You were told to vote Hillary, just as you were told to vote Obama in 2008. But this time you didn’t listen. Every star-studded instructional video, every rock star or comedian who interrupted a show to lecture people on the proper way to vote, was ignored, unheeded, and ultimately rejected.
Can’t you bastards see what you’ve done? You’ve hurt the feelings of those noble souls who seek nothing more in life than to entertain us as they push for progressive tax increases and free health care even though they belong to a union in which dues don’t increase for high earners and medical benefits are a privilege withheld from low earners. These are America’s finest, and you’ve made them feel impotent and unloved. As they cry themselves to sleep on pillows filled with money and oxycodone, just know, Trump voters, that the next OD is on you.

Jim Goad - The War on Whites Reaches New Heights

Thanks John Lewis: Black Gangs in 80% Black Selma Fired Upon White Paramedics as Part of 'Gang Initiation'

With John Lewis and Martin Luther King experiencing the kind of praise and admiration usually reserved for deities and potentates for their march back in 1965 across the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama, it's always instructive to take a look at the world individual black people have created in 80 percent black Selma, Alabama today.

Because time didn't stop in 1965 in Selma, Alabama.

Oh no.
Time kept slipping, slipping, slipping, into the future... [Ambulance crew shot at while responding to call in Selma,, 12-5-16]:
Rapid gunshots greeted a driver and paramedic from Care Ambulance after they responded to a call Friday night in Selma, according to Care Ambulance area manager Jamie Lee.
The driver and paramedic responded to what they now believe was a suspicious 911 call in the 1900 block of St. Phillips Street.
The Care crew arrived with the intent of checking out a patient's blood pressure.
Once on the scene, someone fired multiple shots at them.
Once the crew realized what was going on, they ran back into the truck and slammed it in reverse. The patient reportedly jumped and ran.
No one was hit, there were no bullet holes in the ambulance and so far, no arrest has been made in the case.
Lee says her two team members are still rattled by it all three days later.
"He said he heard roughly seven or eight shots. They're upset. I mean who wouldn't be if you thought you were getting shot at while helping people," Lee said.
District Attorney Michael Jackson said be believes the incident was a gang initiation ritual. He said the so-called "patient" may have known all along what was about to happen. This is the same area where law enforcement conducted a massive drug raid 11 years ago.
Jackson says the investigation by Selma police is well underway after getting the name of the "patient."

On January 13, 2017, German journalist Udo Ulfkotte died of a heart attack. Long-time readers of Liberty Blitzkrieg will remember his name since he went public with explosive claims about how the CIA manipulates and controls much of Western media.
“I was bribed by billionaires, I was bribed by the Americans to report…not exactly the truth.”
– Udo Ulfkotte, a former editor of one of Germany’s main daily publications, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung
This is where the concept of “non-official cover” comes into play. The term was recently described by German journalist Udo Ulfkotte, in a blistering RT interview. Mr. Ulfkotte was previously a respected journalist for one of Germany’s main dailies, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ), so he is no small fry.
“Non-official cover” occurs when a journalist is essentially working for the CIA, but it’s not in an official capacity. This allows both parties to reap the rewards of the partnership, while at the same time giving both sides plausible deniability. The CIA will find young journalists and mentor them. Suddenly doors will open up, rewards will be given, and before you know it, you owe your entire career to them. That’s essentially how it works. But don’t take it from me…

Trump and Israel. Will he actively pursue Israel’s interests or merely let both sides of the conflict do their thing?

WASHINGTON—There is much to learn about what Donald Trump’s foreign policy is going to look like, with one of the most anticipated issues being his approach to Israel. After eight years of the Obama administration, the relationship between the U.S. and its Middle East partner has frayed considerably over significant and seemingly insurmountable differences, those concerning the nuclear deal with Iran and the expanding settlements in the West Bank being the most consequential, if not existential.
Trump started off his campaign signaling he would be “neutral” on the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, but he has shifted considerably in recent weeks toward the views of the staunchest Zionists. This has included tapping a man considered to be to the right of conservative Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as U.S. ambassador to Israel, choosing another pro-settlement Republican as his international business adviser, welcoming the heretofore marginalized Israeli ambassador into the bosom of his inner circle in Washington, and, just recently, appointing his son-in-law, who is reportedly behind bringing all these players into the fold, as a senior adviser.
Trump’s not-so-subtle slide toward the far right of the spectrum has alarmed more moderate—some would say Democratic—Jewish groups and establishment writers, who sense in this group a strong consensus against a two-state solution for Israeli Jews and Arab Palestinians. Collectively, there is more support here for expanded settlements in contested Palestinian territories, and for moving the U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, than there has been at the levers of Washington power in a long time, if ever. If these forces have their way, an already fragile Middle East could be headed for a new regional conflagration, with the peace process turned back decades.

Finland: Police Tell Kids To Rat On Parents For 'Offensive' Facebook Posts Criticizing Politicians

Finnish police are brainwashing children to rat on their parents for making "offensive" posts criticizing politicians on Facebook.

In a bizarre ad recently uploaded to Finnish police's YouTube channel, a girl is seen ratting on her mother after witnessing her post comments to a politican's Facebook wall she "wouldn't dare" say "directly to his face."

"Listen, Mom!" the girl says. "That was a naughty thing to do!"

"How would you feel if somebody wrote that about you?"

"It may even be a criminal offense," a police voice-over says. "It is harassment to berate someone on Facebook."

Shocking New CBS Investigation Reveals Disturbing Facts about Pizzagate (Video)

Wow! The breaking video embedded in this post is amazing. Kudos to CBS and reporter Ben Swann. Ben has put together a brief (5 minutes and 49 seconds) yet comprehensive report on the strange coded pedophile language and references to Comet Pizza in the John Podesta emails published by Wikileaks.
As you may remember from my previous posts on this subject, #pizzagate involves allegations of a child sex ring operating out of Washington, D. C., involving some of the most powerful people in government.
Everyone in the mainstream media except Ben Swann (out of CBS Atlanta) has dismissed #pizzagate as fake news.
Pray for Ben’s safety. Pray too for a law enforcement agency to investigate #pizzagate to determine once and for all whether the sickening suspicions about child abuse are true.

Michael Lewis’ Hot Hand - Steve Sailer

From his 1989 Wall Street memoir Liar’s Poker to his new book, The Undoing Project, Michael Lewis has succeeded his mentor Tom Wolfe as our top Southern center-right nonfiction author.

Indeed, Wolfe recently let Lewis read through his old letters to his parents to enable Lewis to write an illuminating article in Vanity Fair about how the 1950s’ Thomas Wolfe Jr. became the 1960s’ Tom Wolfe!

The differences between Wolfe and Lewis, however, are so large that few have noticed their connection. Some of that is no doubt due to Lewis being a more cautious personality, but much of it reflects how much freer American writers were a couple of generations ago.

While I probably prefer Lewis’ lucid, buttoned-down prose to Wolfe’s show-offy style, Wolfe’s heroically ambitious career reflects the Apollo 11-meets-Woodstock ambitions of his era’s America. In contrast, Lewis’ admirable but inoffensive books for frequent fliers seem about as good as an American journalist can do in this touchy era.

Stuff Black People Don't Like - SBPDL: In Less Than 140 Characters, Donald Trump Indirect...

On all of the days for The Truth About Selma to come out (scheduled it for January 14, 2017 back in late November of 2016), it happens to be the day President-elect Donald Trump throws down the gauntlet and goes after John Lewis

Incredible timing.

Remember, John Lewis' march in Selma has provided the fuel to power the anti-white agenda in America for the last fifty years, with any white person who dares question are nations trajectory the moral equivalent of the white police officers who dared confront him and his fellow blacks on Edmund Pettus Bridge back in 1965.

Greek Minister: Invaders Not “Refugees”

The Greek Minister for Migration, Yannis Mouzalas, has finally admitted in public that the vast majority of Third World invaders pouring into Europe via his country are not refugees, but “economic migrants.” In reality, of course, none of the invaders are actually “refugees” at all, as they all have come from safe third countries.
Mouzalas—a member of the crypto-Communist Greek government—admitted late last week that “people entering the country illegally from Turkey are not predominantly from war-torn countries like Syria and Iraq. They are no longer refugees, but economic migrants.”

The Wave That Won’t Break - Steve Sailer

“God damn Christopher Columbus” were the last words my wife’s grandmother spoke before dying at age 88 twenty years ago last week.
Nobody has ever conclusively deciphered the meaning of that memorable sentence. Her descendants couldn’t recall her previously expressing anti-Columbianism.
My guess, however, is that this was one of those random memories that bounce around in the minds of the very old. Perhaps my wife’s grandmother, who was born in Chicago in 1908, was echoing her Italian-born mother’s private view of immigrating to America: If only Christopher Columbus had minded his own business and not discovered America, she never would have left her beloved Italy.
Ellis Island-era immigrants to big cities like Chicago didn’t face the challenges of settling the American frontier. But the psychological costs still must have been high.
Granted, Chicago was much richer than Italy. But to newcomers it must have lacked in the peculiar sweetness of Italian life. In Chicago, the food was abundant but crude; there was a shortage of scenery, a harsh climate, a baffling new language to attempt to learn as an adult, and the strange, cold customs that the self-confident natives insisted the newcomers adopt.

The Intellectual Yet Idiot by Nassim Nicholas Taleb

What we have been seeing worldwide, from India to the UK to the US, is the rebellion against the inner circle of no-skin-in-the-game policymaking “clerks” and journalists-insiders, that class of paternalistic semi-intellectual experts with some Ivy league, Oxford-Cambridge, or similar label-driven education who are telling the rest of us 1) what to do, 2) what to eat, 3) how to speak, 4) how to think… and 5) who to vote for.
But the problem is the one-eyed following the blind: these self-described members of the “intelligentsia” can’t find a coconut in Coconut Island, meaning they aren’t intelligent enough to define intelligence hence fall into circularities — but their main skill is capacity to pass exams written by people like them. With psychology papers replicating less than 40%, dietary advice reversing after 30 years of fatphobia, macroeconomic analysis working worse than astrology, the appointment of Bernanke who was less than clueless of the risks, and pharmaceutical trials replicating at best only 1/3 of the time, people are perfectly entitled to rely on their own ancestral instinct and listen to their grandmothers (or Montaigne and such filtered classical knowledge) with a better track record than these policymaking goons.
Indeed one can see that these academico-bureaucrats who feel entitled to run our lives aren’t even rigorous, whether in medical statistics or policymaking. They can’t tell science from scientism — in fact in their image-oriented minds scientism looks more scientific than real science. (For instance it is trivial to show the following: much of what the Cass-Sunstein-Richard Thaler types — those who want to “nudge” us into some behavior — much of what they would classify as “rational” or “irrational” (or some such categories indicating deviation from a desired or prescribed protocol) comes from their misunderstanding of probability theory and cosmetic use of first-order models.) They are also prone to mistake the ensemble for the linear aggregation of its components as we saw in the chapter extending the minority rule.
